Ardnamurchan 'Cask Strength' 2024 58.3%
The latest release of Ardnamurchan's ever popular cask strength release has arrived, comprised of mostly ex bourbon casks, with a wee touch of sherry influence for good measure, and a high portion of peated malt. The peat is instantly noticable on the nose, with wafts of coastal peat smoke, joined with sweet tones of creamy vanilla and zesty citrus. The smoky coastal influence continues on through the palate, joined with sweet tones of sun ripened orchard fruits, tangy grapefruit and lingering warming spice.
