Benromach Distillery

The Benromach [ben-ro-mahc] distillery is the Speyside region's smallest distillery, situated between the towns of Elgin and Nairn in the north of Scotland. Benromach is an old distillery with a fascinating history, including a period of closure from 1983 to 1998, and since then it has been under the ownership of the Urquhart family of Gordon & MacPhail fame.

POINTS OF DIFFERENCE:

  • Benromach's style is unique, offering the traditional Speyside character with a touch of peat smoke
  • A diverse range of expressions including organic, heavily peated and wine-cask finished whiskies
  • Small distillery from Speyside with commitment to hand crafting a single malt with a distinctively different character – a “discovery malt” offering something different
  • New packaging across the core range
