Cotswolds Distillery
Opening their doors in 2014, this distillery is the first of it's kind to be situated in the idyllic Cotswold countryside. 100% of the barley they use is grown and floor malted in the Cotswolds, using traditional processes. Cotswolds is an exciting addition to the whisky industry and was named the 2018 'craft whisky producer of the year' in the 'rest of the world whiskies' category.
