The Nikka Whisky company was founded in 1934 by Masataka Taketsuru, a man who is known in the industry as being the father of Japanese whisky, building the first single malt distillery in the country before moving on to build the famous Nikka distilleries Yoichi and Miyagikyo. The Nikka products below are either blended whiskies (including blended malts) and grain whisky, and are considered among the very finest whiskies produced in Japan.
Please note: Due to restrictions of supply from Nikka, our Japanese whisky range is only available on an allocation basis, except for the Coffey Grain.
