Cotswolds Peated Cask 59.3%
Made from 100% locally grown Odyssey barley, this new expression from the Cotswolds distillery was matured in quarter casks that previously held a peated single malt from Scotland.
The nose opens with vanilla and a light charred wood note, with a medley of fruits, floral honey & spice.
On the palate, a creamy peat smoke is layered with fruit again, and tannin-rich wood. The finish is long lasting, with woody sugars and soft smoking embers.
