Foursquare rum distillery on the island of Barbados is often referred to as the 'Pappy Van Winkle' of the rum world. A nod to their range of small batch, hard to get extremely high quality rums. This release, part of the 'Exceptional Cask Selection' series, is a blend of pot and column still rum that has been aged in ex-bourbon casks. Selected from some of the best casks that were originally filled in 2007 it has rich and complex flavours of dried fruit, toasted oak, sweet spices and creamy vanilla.
