With 8 years of maturation in ex-bourbon barrels, this new cask strength Kilkerran is vibrant and fruity with notes of apple jelly, key lime pie and buttery, biscuity malted barley. On the palate, a full and rich flavour of banoffee pie and panna cotta creaminess, with herbal gorse and briney notes emerging in the finish.
