This 15 year old Islay single malt whisky comes from an undisclosed distillery on the island, and we think it may take more than a few sips to work out just where this is from. The nose is wonderfully soft, with a delicate floral note and gentle peat joining an interesting note of mango. The flavour is rich with smoke, orchard fruits and earthy tones which build in intensity. The finish is long, salty and complimented by fruit and spice.
