Tobermory Distillery

Established in 1798, Tobermory [Toe-ber-mor-ee] distillery is situated on the beautiful Hebridean island of Mull and is one of the oldest licensed distilleries in Scotland. The Distillery produces two distinct Single Malt whiskies, the lightly peated Tobermory and the heavily peated Ledaig [Le-Chig], which is the name the distillery used to go by, meaning 'safe haven' in gaelic.

POINTS OF DIFFERENCE:

  • A great example of the 'coastal' single malt that Scotland is famous for
  • Un-chillfiltered and bottled at 46.3% for maximum character, mouthfeel and flavour
  • Bespoke design and packaging that gives the bottles great shelf presence (particularly the 15 year old)
