Foursquare 'Equidem' 14 years old 61%
This release from Foursquare distillery is a blend of both pot and column still rums. One batch was matured for five years in ex Bourbon cask, followed by nine years in black Muscat casks. The other batch was matured for a full fourteen years in ex Bourbon casks. On the nose there are aromas of overripe stone fruits, juicy, boozy sultanas, lemon zest, sweet spice and delicate earthy tones.
