Distilled at the start of the century, this brand new Glenfarclas Family Cask continues the distillery's tradition of selecting stand-out casks from their incredible warehouses. Cask #3287 was a 500 litre ex-sherry butt, matured until the 1st of August 2024. At a final yield of 610 bottles, this cask has lost 73 litres through evaporation - a key part of the maturation and development of flavour. A classic Glenfarclas, with notes of dark jams and treacle, there is a rich density of fruitcake followed by concentrated notes of flat cola and heavy spices.
