This out-turn draws inspiration from the Falls of Falloch, a picturesque natural waterfall in the heart of the Trossachs National Park. Distilled exclusively using Loch Lomond's swan neck stills and aged for sixteen years in three types of ex Bourbon casks and a twelve month finish in ex Cognac casks, this whisky offers sweet, juicy and floral tones. On the nose there are notes of soft citrus fruits and honey blossom, while flavours of stewed apples, honeysuckle and oak coat the palate.
