Tamdhu 'Batch Strength'

Every drop of Tamdhu is exclusively matured in the finest Oloroso sherry casks, nothing less. No wood is better suited to mature our Speyside Single Malt Scotch Whisky. Batch Strength is bottled un-chillfiltered at high strength. The deep copper hue of Tamdhu Batch Strength is developed by the cask, nothing more – and each drop owes its rich, complex taste to its Oloroso cask home.

Nose
Elegantly spiced oak, with warming vanilla and freshly-shelled nuts.

Palate
Summer berries and cream. A splash of water brings out warm biscuits, oak spice and candied orange.

Finish
The rich spiciness builds, then reveals sultanas, citrus zest and brown sugar. A long, rewarding farewell.
