This is just the second bottling to come from the Lawry's Workshops Distillery in Christchurch, one of only a handful single malt distilleries currently operating in New Zealand. The spirit from Workshops is made in stills create by the owners, father and son team Doug and Anthony, and is made from barley grown in the Canterbury plains. Matured for a minimum of three years in virgin French oak casks, yielding approximately 500 bottles per release.
