This release is our first of the Waterford Distillery's single farm origin expressions available in New Zealand. Produced from barley grown exclusively at Ballymorgan in County Wexford. Waterford's TÉIREOIR system offers a unique insight into the production of this whisky, with details such as the specific fields the barley was grown, the exact cask composition and even more.

Tasting notes:

  • Custardy, creamy base
  • Green fruits (apple, pear)
  • Rich caramel tones
  • A viscous and thick mouthfeel with plentiful oils from spirit and cask combined.
