Isle of Raasay Single Malt 46.4%

To create the signature lightly peated style the distillers first source 100% Scottish grown barley, half of it peated and half unpeated.

Each is mashed individually, and fermented for five days before distillation in lantern shaped stills. Each spirit type is then matured separately in Rye whisky, Chinkapin, or Bordeaux wine casks.

The final Single Malt is a combination of the six resulting styles, a artful balance of fragrant smoke, rich fruit, and sea spray.
